Once your item(s) is shipped, it is out of our control. For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier to resolve any issues. Shipping insurance is available at checkout. Each package does include up to $100 insurance through USPS. 

    Returns:
    • Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
    • Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
    • Returns are eligible for store credit only. Cancellation of custom made items will return 50% off purchase amount. 
    • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, including drinkware, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.
